Gatanga MP Muriu and Kiharu MP Nyoro publicly support DP Gachagua and President Ruto, reaffirming their unity and commitment to development.
Gatanga MP Edward Muriu has pledged his support for Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, following previous backing of Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro. Speaking in Murang'a, Muriu assured the public of strong backing for Gachagua and President William Ruto, aiming to advance development agendas. He also noted that the people of Murang'a have the right to choose their leader. Earlier, Muriu and Joe Nyutu, the area senator, claimed that the Murang'a people would support Ndindi Nyoro. However, Nyoro clarified the situation, reiterating his support for Gachagua and Ruto.
