Take-Two Interactive Software reports $91.6M fiscal Q3 net loss, revising 2024 net bookings forecast to $5.25-5.3B from $5.45-5.

Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) reported a fiscal third-quarter net loss of $91.6 million, with earnings per share of 54 cents. The company's total net bookings were $1.34 billion, due in part to strong performances from blockbuster titles such as Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, as well as the Red Dead Redemption series and Zynga's in-app purchases, led by Toon Blast. However, mobile advertising and certain game titles, such as NBA 2K24, underperformed, leading the company to revise its 2024 net bookings forecast to a range of $5.25 to $5.3 billion, down from initial estimates of $5.45 to $5.55 billion.
