Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche is cutting 345 jobs in response to lower profits and a cautious outlook for 2024. The job cuts will affect the product development area, representing around 6% of the workforce in that sector. While the majority of the affected jobs are in Switzerland, Roche told Reuters the number of jobs affected would be less than 345 people. The company expects its total workforce to remain stable in 2024.
