Romanian agri firm DN AGRAR seeks €9.2M loan from Exim Banca for Straja farm expansion, aiming to double business by 2027.

Romanian agricultural company DN AGRAR plans to double its business by 2027 by financing the development of its Straja farm. The company plans to access a €9.2 million credit facility from Exim Banca Românească SA for the project, alongside a 20.78% contribution from its own resources. The Straja farm, which will cover an area of 10 hectares, will eventually produce around 100,000 liters of milk per day. The project requires shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on March 12, 2024.
