In the first half of fiscal 2024, Bellway, a UK house builder, reported a £555M decline in housing revenue, down to £1.25B.

Despite a 30% revenue decline to £1.25bn for the first half of the fiscal year ending January 31, homebuilder Bellway remains optimistic for FY25, expecting to return to growth if market conditions are stable. The company noted a rising demand for housing and high reservation rates. However, lower volume and prices have contributed to the decline in revenue. A potential spring sales recovery is expected, as customer inquiries have increased since the start of the new year.
