Law enforcement officials from the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) recently held a meeting to discuss regional security in the Pacific for 2024. The meeting, attended by top officials, focused on the agenda of the RSIPF-AFP Policing Partnership Program (RAPPP) for the upcoming year. Now in its third year, RAPPP aims to enhance RSIPF's capabilities in maintaining community safety, with AFP personnel working closely with RSIPF counterparts to assist in operational policing services and target emerging crime and security issues.
