This development aims to improve financial inclusion and ease of use for users in rural and urban locations with limited digital connectivity. Additionally, the RBI plans to enhance the security features of Aadhaar-Enabled Payment Systems (AePS) and introduce a principle-based framework for authentication of digital payment transactions.
