Paramount Pictures has renewed its first-look development deal with Ryan Reynolds' Maximum Effort Productions for an additional three-year term, taking their partnership through to December 2026. The deal covers all motion picture development of Maximum Effort's projects, regardless of budget. The production company, founded by Reynolds and George Dewey, is managed by co-presidents Ashley Fox and Johnny Pariseau and operates out of their Los Angeles office.
