The ship, operated by Cunard Cruise Line, departed San Francisco on February 7, 2024, and is carrying 1,800 passengers and 970 crew members on its journey from Florida to Hawaii. Over 150 individuals have reported experiencing symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting. The cause of the outbreak is unknown, and the CDC is working to identify the cause and contain the illness. The company has not yet responded to requests for comment.
