Norwegian oil firm DNO ASA buys 25% of UK's Arran field for $75m, adding up to 4 million barrels of oil equivalent, mainly gas.

Norwegian oil and gas company DNO ASA has agreed to acquire a 25% stake in the UK's Arran field on the UK Continental Shelf. The deal, valued at $75m, is with ONE-Dyas E&P and includes a possible $5m contingent payment based on operational targets. The acquisition is expected to add around four million barrels of oil equivalent to DNO's reserves, primarily gas.
