Infant Treveon Isaiah Taylor Jr.'s decapitation during birth is ruled a homicide, with medical negligence lawsuit filed against the doctor, nurses, and hospital.

The Clayton County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of an infant who was decapitated during birth at a hospital as a homicide. The baby, Treveon Isaiah Taylor Jr., was allegedly decapitated when doctors "pulled on the baby's head and neck so hard and manipulated them so hard, that the bones in the baby's skull, head and neck were broken." The family has filed a lawsuit against the doctor who delivered the baby, the nurses and doctors involved in the birth, and the hospital, citing medical negligence and wrongful death.
