Disney+ has initiated the enforcement of stricter password sharing policies in the US, following a similar step in Canada the previous year. The streaming service has been sending out emails to subscribers announcing the changes to the terms of service that deal with password sharing outside their classified household. The understanding of a "household" includes the devices connected to the primary personal residence used by its residents. The new rules will come into effect on March 14\th\ for current users. Similar measures are also planned for implementation at Disney's other streaming platform, Hulu, starting on the same date.
