Emergency personnel in Shoalhaven participated in a multi-agency flood rescue exercise called "Who Let the Boats Out" led by the State Emergency Service (SES). The training event involved various emergency service agencies, including the Rural Fire Service, Marine Rescue and NSW Maritime, working together to develop their skills and foster relationships. With over 40 local SES volunteers and personnel from other agencies, the exercise saw 20 boats take to the waterways in Shoalhaven for various drills and exercises.
