Nebraska-based Goldenrod Cos acquires the 85%-leased Collins Crossing tower in Richardson, Texas, with plans to invest in improvements and explore retail and open space development.

Nebraska-based property development firm, Goldenrod Cos., has acquired the 11-story Collins Crossing tower in Richardson, Texas. The building, completed in 1999, contains over 300,000 square feet and is 85% leased to tenants including Dell, ARGO, and Nexperia. Goldenrod plans to invest in cosmetic improvements to the building and is also hiring an architect to work on a potential apartment complex on the adjacent 3.5-acre land. This acquisition marks another addition to Goldenrod's growing portfolio of properties in the Dallas metropolitan area.
