New National Lottery operator, Allwyn, revealed that around a fifth of UK post offices will stop selling lottery tickets and scratchcards, impacting 900 branches out of 4,800. Branches were given the choice to continue stocking the products under different terms, due to religious beliefs or low sales. Reasons for not selling the products include religious beliefs and low sales.
