An inquest has opened into the death of Grace Murray, a 57-year-old woman who suffered a cardiac arrest at Warrington Hospital and never regained consciousness. She had been discharged but was re-admitted due to developing hypoglycemia. Area coroner Victoria Davies has confirmed the death as "unnatural" and the case will be reviewed on March 31st, with an inquest set for May 29th. The hospital has expressed condolences to Mrs. Murray's family and will support the coronial investigation. Meanwhile, a patient with multiple health issues at a Scottish hospital was found to have their nutritional needs unmet for nearly two weeks, prompting an apology from NHS Ayrshire & Arran. The patient's family has received an apology and the hospital will implement recommendations from a report on the matter.
