Nysos, trained by banned Bob Baffert, wins the Robert B. Lewis Stakes at Santa Anita, marking his sixth consecutive victory in the race.

On Saturday, Nysos, trained by Bob Baffert, won the $200,000 Robert B. Lewis Stakes at Santa Anita, marking Baffert's sixth consecutive win in the race. Despite the race offering Kentucky Derby qualifying points, Nysos and fellow Baffert-trained horse Wine Me Up are ineligible to participate in the Derby due to Baffert's ongoing ban by Churchill Downs ownership. Nysos, a son of 2016 Derby winner Nyquist, won the race by 7½ lengths under Flavien Prat, remaining unbeaten in three starts.
