As a result, several auditions had to be filmed without him, leaving some parts of the new series without his presence. Cowell's fellow judges, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli, had to continue without him, resulting in disappointment for many hopeful acts who wanted to perform for his feedback.
