North Jersey craft brewery Alementary plans to close due to a failed buyer agreement and ongoing distribution market challenges; other recent NJ craft brewery closures include Forgotten Boardwalk and Flying Fish.

This comes as several high-profile New Jersey craft breweries have also closed recently, including Forgotten Boardwalk in Cherry Hill and Flying Fish, one of the oldest and largest craft breweries in the state.
