Jaguar Land Rover boss Adrian Mardell states Range Rover is not UK's most stolen vehicle, citing 27.2% decline since £10m investment in 2019.

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) boss, Adrian Mardell, has claimed that the Range Rover is not the most stolen vehicle in the UK in a recent statement. This comes after reports of increasing insurance costs for UK owners. JLR has taken action to tackle the issue by investing £10m to combat vehicle theft, and has seen a 27.2 per cent decline in Range Rover thefts year-on-year since the launch of the investment in 2019. Mardell criticized the insurance industry for not using the available data properly and being slow to update their coverage and premiums accordingly.
