Apple's Vision Pro headset, priced at $3,500, passed a drop test with front glass holding up to daily knocks but suffered peripheral speaker damage.
Apple's Vision Pro headset, which has just been released and costs $3,500, has been subjected to a drop test by tech YouTube channel AppleTrack.
The wearable technology reportedly takes quite a beating, with the front glass holding up surprisingly well to daily knocks and bumps.
In a simulated clumsiness setting, the device showed minor surface damage but no shattering of its front panel.
However, the peripheral speakers seemed to be much more fragile with one dying after multiple impacts against walls and their connections breaking apart.
