International drug trafficking ring moved narcotics from Mexico into US.

The Justice Department has announced that 19 individuals, including Italian organized crime figures, Mexican drug suppliers, US distributors, and Canadian truck drivers, have been federally charged for their roles in an international drug trafficking ring that imported and exported various drugs, such as fentanyl, across the southern border into the United States and Canada. The conspiracy, which spanned three countries, involved drug suppliers connected to Mexican cartels, drug distributors and brokers in Los Angeles, Canadian truck drivers, and a network that exported drugs into Canada.
