A 13-year-old has been charged with assault and mischief following an incident on Sunday evening. The local teen allegedly attacked someone in the street, causing minor injuries. The suspect and the victim are known to each other, according to a news release from Sault police. After being arrested, the 13-year-old was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on March 26.
