The Bell County Fire Marshal has confirmed that an explosion at a Rogers gas station and liquor store on Highway 190 on January 18 was caused by fuel vapors that ignited inside a car wash storage unit due to an electrical arc. The event has been ruled as an accidental occurrence with no criminal activity involved. The explosion injured two teens aged 17 and 14, who were release from the hospital after receiving treatment for their burns and lacerations.
