Four people rescued after fishing boat ran aground off Co Donegal coast; airlifted, no medical aid required.

Four people have been rescued after a fishing boat ran aground off the coast of Co Donegal in the early hours of the morning. The Rescue Coordination Centre at Malin Head received a distress call and immediately dispatched the Sligo-based Rescue 118 helicopter, the Aranmore all-weather lifeboat, and the Bunbeg Coast Guard Unit. The four people were airlifted from the vessel and landed safely at Donegal Airport. All four individuals are reported to be doing well and did not require medical attention.
