Driving instructor in Boston pleaded guilty to bribing RMV road test examiner.
A driving instructor from Boston, Ngan Dinh, has agreed to plead guilty to bribing a road test examiner at the Brockton RMV (Regional Driver's License Office) to issue driver's licenses to individuals who did not pass their driving tests. Dinh is currently facing a charge of one count of conspiracy to commit honest services mail fraud, which carries a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
