A Stratton man, John Raymond, has been sentenced to 48 months in prison and three years of supervised release for his role in a 2016 botched drug robbery in Rangeley. Raymond pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit robbery. He drove Hector Munoz and Michael Bokun to the home of Jordan Richard, where they intended to steal drugs and money. A violent confrontation took place during the robbery attempt, leading to the death of one of the co-conspirators, but the intended target of the robbery was not charged with this death.
