Over 100 used tyres have been discovered dumped on the shore of Loch Ness in a case of fly-tipping. The tyres were found by members of Ness District Salmon Fishery Board near Drumnadrochit, a location often used by tourists to view Urquhart Castle. The organisation reported the incident to the police and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa). Due to the location, removal of the tyres will be difficult and may require boats.
