Charlotte Preparatory School plans a $11M, 2-story lower building for K-4 students after a fire, doubling its size and scheduled for spring 2024 construction.

Just a few months after a fire devastated Charlotte Preparatory School, plans for a new $11 million, two-story lower building have been announced. The new building will be twice the size of the previous one, which burned down last summer, and is expected to house students in grades K-4, as well as provide a larger cafeteria, collaborative workspaces, and student support offices. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2024.
