PC Tamsin Devlin faces a misconduct hearing on Feb. 5 for alleged domestic incident failures, falsely claiming no offense, and falsely transmitting on radio.

Avon and Somerset police officer, PC Tamsin Devlin, is due to face a misconduct hearing on February 5 for alleged failures at a domestic incident. It is claimed that Devlin, who was based in Taunton, failed to take positive action as required by the force's policy and National College of Policing guidelines in February 2023. She is also alleged to have lied about there being no offence committed and made a false statement during a radio transmission following the incident. The misconduct hearing is expected to last at least three days.
