Sub-postmaster Nasar Raoof claims updated Horizon software caused over £2,900 debt, leading to ongoing issues.

Sheffield sub-postmaster Nasar Raoof claims that despite a previous history of the Horizon system inaccurately recording debts, a new version of the software caused him £2,900 in debt. Raoof alleges that minor discrepancies turned into thousands of pounds missing from his account within a year of updating the system. His suggestion that the Horizon system, utilized by the Post Office and developed by Fujitsu, is still not working correctly has been met by Post Office representatives, who state that the updated system is "robust" and that Mr. Raoof has received training.
