The Philippines experiences generally fair weather, cloudy skies and light rain in some areas due to 'amihan', with low tropical storm chances and gale warning signals issued for Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The state-run weather agency, Pagasa, has predicted generally fair weather in the Philippines on Sunday, with light rain possible in certain areas. Cloudy skies and light rain are anticipated in the eastern section of Luzon, especially in the Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, and Bicol region, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will have fair weather. The agency also reported that the country is still experiencing cold winds due to the northeast monsoon or 'amihan'.
