He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a mid-length blue winter jacket with fur trim on the hood, black “Baffin” winter boots, and possibly carrying a "President's Choice" black re-usable shopping bag. There is concern for his safety and well-being, and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Ottawa police or Crime Stoppers.
