Veteran BBC broadcaster Walter Love has passed away at the age of 88. Love was best known for hosting Radio Ulster's Day By Day and Love in the Afternoon, and presenting the Sunday show Love Forty. Director of BBC Northern Ireland Adam Smyth paid tribute to the beloved host, describing him as "genial, kind and cheerful."
