Keith Moses, who was found competent to face murder charges for the killing of three people in Pine Hills, has been found competent by court-appointed psychologists. They found no evidence of a mental illness that would prevent his prosecution. Moses' lawyers, Chelsea Bennett and Katherine Oses, believe he understands the charges and the legal process.
