In Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast, Russia, a fire at a Rosneft oil depot was started by a drone attack from Ukraine. Thirty residents had to be evacuated, but there were no injuries.

Following a reported drone raid from Ukraine, an oil depot in Klintsy, Bryansk Oblast, Russia, caught fire. Rosneft is purportedly the owner of the oil depot. During the attack, four fuel tanks weighing a combined 3,100 tons caught fire. On January 21, two days after midnight, the fire was put out. While no tourists were harmed, thirty nearby residents had to be evacuated. On January 19, Aleksandr Bogomaz, the governor of Bryansk Oblast, declared that a "Ukrainian drone" had attacked the Klintsy oil depot.
