A Russian charter flight with six people disappears over Afghanistan; a crash is reported.
A French-made Dassault Falcon 10 charter jet, registered in Russia, disappeared from radar screens over Afghanistan. The plane, which was registered in Russia, had six people on board, including four crew members and two passengers. The crash was not a scheduled commercial flight or an Indian chartered aircraft, and Russia's aviation watchdog Rosaviatsia is in contact with its counterparts in Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
