Pakistan'strongly condemns' Iran's infringement of its airspace.

Pakistan has condemned Iran's "unprovoked violation" of its airspace following its strikes on a terrorist group in Balochistan, which resulted in the deaths of two children and injured three girls. The country has lodged strong protests with the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, and the Iranian Charge d'affaires has been called to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to convey their strongest condemnation of the violation of Pakistan's sovereignty. The statement comes after Iran attacked the headquarters of a Sunni terrorist group opposed to Tehran with drones and missiles in Pakistan. Jaish al-Adl, a Sunni terrorist group, has launched numerous attacks on Iranian security forces, including a December attack on a police station in Sistan-Balochistan that claimed the lives of at least 11 police personnel. The attacks occurred a day after Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched missiles into Iraq's Kurdistan region and alleged ISIS-linked targets in Syria.
