12 Nepalis were killed in a bus accident in the Dang district, including 2 Indians.

A passenger bus carrying approximately 45 passengers was traveling from Nepalgunj to Kathmandu in mid-western Nepal when it veered off a bridge and fell into the Rapti River, resulting in the death of more than 6 people, including two Indians. A total of 22 passengers were injured in the accident. The passengers were identified as Yogendra Ram from Malahi, Bihar, and Mune from Uttar Pradesh. The bus driver, Lal Bahadur Nepali, has been detained by the police for investigation.
