Bhutan's former Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, is expected to become the country's PM for the second time as his party, the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has won the majority of seats in the National Assembly general elections. The PDP won 30 of the 47 parliamentary seats, while the Bhutan Tendrel Party (BTP) secured 17 seats.
