A judge has set bail at $750,000 for Duane "Keffe D" Davis, a former Los Angeles-area gang leader charged with orchestrating the killing of rapper Tupac Shakur in 1996. The judge ruled that Davis can await trial under house arrest with electronic monitoring if he is able to post bail. Davis has been held without bail in the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas since his arrest on September 29, 2023.
