Officials in Riverside, California, are asking for help identifying a woman who was murdered by the "Happy Face Killer" in 1992. The Riverside County District Attorney's Office has created renderings of the woman based on forensic genealogy. The murderer, Keith Hunter Jesperson, has confessed to killing the woman and seven others, and is currently serving multiple life sentences in prison.
