According to authorities, two persons were fatally shot in an apartment building in San Diego County.
A couple died in a shooting at an apartment complex in El Cajon on Saturday afternoon. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene and found the man with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and the woman with gunshot wounds. The woman later died at a hospital. The investigation is ongoing, with no outstanding suspects at this time.
