The Boeing 737 Max experienced a tear in its fuselage midflight.
An Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 Max experienced a pressurisation issue after a window blew out during a flight from Portland to Ontario, California, on 5 January. The aircraft was able to land safely back at Portland International Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are investigating the incident, which is suspected to be caused by a manufacturing defect.
