China's Xizang Autonomous Region is set to receive more than US$11.26 billion in investment in 2024.

The Xizang Autonomous Region in Southwest China is set to receive 80 billion yuan (about 11.26 billion U.S. dollars) from the central government for its development in 2024. The fund will be used for infrastructure construction, including railway, highway, and airport projects. Construction of 10 general aviation airports and clean energy bases will also begin or continue this year.
